About Us
Established in 2016, Splashalot Swim School currently teaches over 500 swimmers in various locations in and around the Huddersfield area.
Having worked for different organisations and swimming lesson providers for many years, including setting up and running M&M's Swim School, Matt decided to give it a try on his own!
 Matt, a Law & Accountancy graduate and father of two, learnt to swim aged 4 with Aquabears in Rochdale. Having swum competitively until aged 15, he found his feet on the dryer side of the pool, teaching. Under the careful guidance of his experienced teachers at Aquabears, he successfully gained his Level 1 and then his Level 2 ASA (now Swim England) Teacher Qualifications. Since qualifying, Matt has taught children and adults of all ages and abilities, working along the way with World Champion Triatheletes, Olympians and Paralympians. His energetic, enthusiastic style makes learning to swim fun and enjoyable.

Swimmers at Splashalot Swim School currently work towards Swim England's Ducklings Awards, and then on to the Waterskills Awards, gaining distance badges along the way. Each class contains no more than 8 swimmers, with the teacher teaching in the water. Lessons are fun and exciting, challenging and rewarding. |
